Shipping policy
Most orders received before 10:00am PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 10:00am will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Returns
If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Eat Play Thrive is more than happy to process a store credit, exchange, or a refund for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return.
Returns: Terms and Guidelines
Items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your items. Items must be unused, in its original packaging. Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns must be:
- Unused, in original condition and packaging
- Undamaged
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
